By using aivocalsgenerator.com ("the site", "we") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old. You can make songs without an account; signing in with Google or an email code keeps them on any device and is needed for credit packs, plans and gifts.
What the service does
You upload an audio file (a beat, an instrumental or a vocal recording) and add lyrics or a short description and a style. We send the file and your words to Suno's AI music model through our API provider, APIMart, which generates one new track to go with your file: a vocal for a beat, or an instrumental for a vocal. Each song comes as two takes of that new track. Your uploaded file is never changed. The new track is generated by AI: it follows your file's tempo and key but isn't locked to it, so parts can land early or late, and it may contain mistakes or artifacts.
What you may upload
- Audio you made yourself, or that you have the rights to use: for a leased beat, a lease that allows new recordings over it.
- No songs or stems by other artists that you don't have the rights to, and no recordings of anyone who didn't agree.
- Audio files only (MP3, WAV, M4A, FLAC or OGG), up to 8 minutes and 60 MB.
- No lyrics or descriptions listed as prohibited in our acceptable use policy. The AI service applies its own filters and may refuse a file or lyrics, for example a file that matches a commercial recording.
You confirm you have the rights to every file you upload, and we record when you confirmed it.
Credits
One song (two takes of the new track) uses 10 credits, whatever its length. Credits are taken when a song starts and returned automatically if it fails. Credit packs: $9.99 for 50 credits, $19.90 for 160 credits, $49.90 for 450 credits, $99.00 for 1000 credits. Credits never expire, have no cash value, can't be transferred except with a gift link, and are lost if you delete your account.
Buying just one song
When you don't have enough credits for a song you can pay for exactly that song. The payment adds the credits the song needs and starts it.
Subscriptions
Plans: 150 credits a month for $14.90 a month, or 1800 credits a year for $149.00 a year; 400 credits a month for $29.90 a month, or 4800 credits a year for $299.00 a year. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period and adds its credits each time it is paid. You can cancel any time from My songs; it then ends at the end of the period you paid for, and you keep your credits.
Gifts
You can turn at least 5 of your credits into a gift link, or buy a pack as a gift. Anyone signed in who opens the link first gets the credits. Until it is claimed you can take it back. Keep links private: we can't return credits claimed by someone you shared the link with.
Payment
Prices are shown in US dollars before checkout, and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Our Merchant of Record, Waffo Pancake, processes payments and may show its name on your card statement. Refunds are described in the refund policy.
Your songs
We claim no ownership of the files you upload or the tracks you generate. You may use the tracks for any lawful purpose, including commercially, as long as you have the rights to the file you made them with (for a leased beat, as far as your lease allows). In some countries parts generated by AI can't be protected by copyright, and streaming and distribution services have their own rules for AI-generated music: following them is up to you. We don't promise that a generated track is unlike every existing recording.
Content rules
You may not use the service to imitate a real singer or rapper, to pass AI vocals off as a real person's performance, to use recordings you don't have the rights to, or to create lyrics that harass, threaten, defame or sexualise children. No affiliation
We use Suno's music model through APIMart, but the site is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Suno, Udio or any record label, artist or distributor.
If you break these terms
We may block songs, delete the files and songs concerned, and close the account. You are responsible for the files you upload and for how you use and share the songs, and you agree to cover any claims, losses or costs that third parties bring against us because of that use.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available"; see the disclaimer. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.
Changes
We may update these terms and prices. The date at the top shows the latest version; prices you already paid don't change, and a change to a subscription's price applies from its next renewal after we tell you.
