Acceptable use policy

These rules apply to every file you upload, every lyric or description you write, and every song you create on AI Vocals Generator, and are part of our terms of service.

Prohibited

1. Sexual content: sexually explicit lyrics or audio, and sexual content about real people.
2. Violence and gore: lyrics that promote, glorify or give instructions for real-world violence, terrorism or self-harm, or that describe graphic violence against real people.
3. Hate speech and threats: lyrics that attack people based on race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar traits, or that threaten or harass a real person.
4. Child safety: anything that sexualises, exploits or endangers children. We report child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities.
5. Deepfakes and impersonation: imitating a real singer or rapper (by name or voice), passing the AI vocal off as a real person's performance, and lyrics that harass, defame or deceive.
6. Copyright and trademark infringement: other artists' songs, beats or stems, samples you haven't cleared, recordings of people who didn't agree, and lyrics, names or logos owned by others.
7. Defamation and deception: false statements about real people, and songs made to mislead people about who performed them.

How we keep the service safe

• You confirm you have the rights to every file you upload, and we record when you confirmed it. The AI uses generic voices only: no voice cloning and no celebrity voices.
• Uploads must be real audio files. The AI music model (Suno, through APIMart) applies its own filters to every file and every lyric, and may refuse a song; refused songs give their credits back.
• We review every report and remove content that breaks these rules.
• Uploaded files are deleted automatically: after 2 days if they were never used for a song, otherwise after 30 days.

What happens if you break these rules

We block the song, delete the files and songs concerned, and may close the account. Serious violations, including anything involving children, are reported to law enforcement.

Report a song

If you believe a song made with AI Vocals Generator uses your recording or imitates your voice without consent, email support@aivocalsgenerator.com with the subject "Report", where you heard it and a short description. We review every report within 2 business days.
