How to make a demo vocal for your song with AI
Updated · AI Vocals Generator
Upload the track you'll pitch (MP3, WAV, M4A, FLAC or OGG, up to 8 minutes), paste the lyrics with [Verse] and [Chorus] marks, and pick a female or male voice and a style. About a minute later you get two sung takes, each as its own vocal track over your production, which isn't re-recorded or remixed. Send the mix as a WAV, and keep the vocal MP3 to edit in your DAW or to give a session singer.

The beat was made with AI for this demo. Take 2 of 2, as it came out; the mix is both tracks at full volume.
Why demo on your own track
In a pitch, the production is part of what you're selling. A tool that remakes the song with vocals can change your sounds and your mix; here the AI adds only the vocal, so the track people hear is the one you made.
Vocal synth software keeps your track too, but sings a melody you write note by note. Here the AI writes the melody for your words, so the lyrics are all you need.
Step by step
- Bounce the full arrangement you'll pitch (not a loop) and upload it in the box above. No sign-up needed.
- Paste the lyrics, one sung line per lyric line, with [Verse], [Chorus] and [Bridge] marks.
- Choose a female or male voice and describe the style that suits the artist you're pitching to, in a few words and without artist names: "country pop, warm, conversational" or "dark R&B, breathy".
- Make it: one song (two takes) is $4.99 on its own, or 10 credits; credits start at $9.99 for 50 (5 songs).
- Play both takes over your track, set the levels, and move the vocal if a line lands early or late.
- Download the mix as a WAV to send, and the vocal as an MP3 to keep.
Can the AI sing my melody?
No. It writes its own melody for your words, on your track's tempo and key, and the two takes are two different performances. If you've already written the melody, a singer or a vocal synth will follow it; this is for when the words and the production are ready and you need to hear them sung.
Before you send it
- Say it's an AI demo vocal: whoever you pitch to should know there's no real singer on it.
- Send a lyric sheet with the demo.
- If the intro is long, make a pitch edit that gets to the chorus sooner.
- Keep the vocal MP3: a session singer can learn the parts from it, and you can take the best lines from both takes in your DAW.
Who owns the demo?
We claim no rights in what you make, and you may use the demo, including commercially, as long as you have the rights to the track you uploaded. Your lyrics and your production stay yours. In some countries AI-generated parts, like the vocal, can't be copyrighted.
